Our R&D department has also come up with solutions that allow us to reduce pneumatic and electrical wiring materials by 50%.

GREEN INNOVATION
Our equipments have technological advantages that reduce their environmental impact:
- Energy saving: the heat energy dissipated by electric motors when they stop running is recovered and redirected to the devices that require it;
- Reduction of pneumatic tubing: thanks to a new design of the pneumatic wiring we have reduced the material necessary to connect the actuators by 50%;
- Reduction of electrical wiring: thanks to the use of new localised on-board machine wiring technology, we have reduced the use of electrical cables by 50%;
REDUCING TRANSPORT EMISSIONS
Our machines are almost exclusively manufactured within our own factories. Manufacturing mechanical components internally allow us to significantly reduce the transport emissions. Almost no emissions are produced when transferring components from one department to another. This internalisation strategy enables us to strongly reduce the environmental impact of our production cycle.
