DEDICATED SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Tiber Pack has got an internal department with technicians dedicated to after sales and customer care. Our activities are not limited to selling our machines, we also guarantee full technical assistance both during system commissioning and after. We support our customers at every stage of the project and we keep on providing assistance even after the machinery has been delivered.
CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE SERVICES
We provide a remote assistance service active Monday to Friday from 08.00 am to 08.00 pm and Saturdays from 08.00 am to 12.00 pm. Our technicians are ready to provide on-site assistance at any moment. We also offer a wide range of revamping and upgrades for existing systems, as well as a variety of Scheduled Maintenance packages. Thanks to our internal production capacity, we can guarantee delivery of mechanical spare parts within 24 hours.
