DESCRIPTION
Simple, elegant and economic case packing solutions using flexible primary packaging placed horizontally inside Standard (American) Cases or Trays according to a wide variety of layout patterns.
The filling module is normally used in combination with a forming unit for Standard (American) Cases or Trays and a closing unit to form complete modular case packing lines.
When combined with the COP-E lidding modules, these units may also be used to produce external lidded tray packs.
Special applications may be realised upon customer request. The units include conformity checks on the products at the infeed and the packs at the outfeed.
Extremely compact and versatile, the Glide series is distinguished by its reduced footprint and ease of use. As well as their ergonomic design and standard, intuitive 15” HMI panel, they are also characterised by high accessibility and the reduced number of mechanical and electronic components.
The Glide series may be equipped with the module that uses hot-melt, adhesive tape, or both, to seal the packs.
The Glide series may also be equipped with automatic size changeover and a wide range of accessories meaning that is highly customisable based on the client’s specifications
