DESCRIPTION
Automatic modular lines for packing products in wrap around, tray and plateau type packaging.
Additional modules may be used to realize internal and external lidded tray packs.
Multi-Flex lines may be used to pack products using rigid and flexible packaging, placed vertically or horizontally in a number of different configurations, thanks also to Tiber Pack’s patented packaging solutions. Special applications may be realised upon customer request. The machines include conformity checks on the products at the infeed and the packs at the outfeed.
Thanks to the use of Delta or similar robot types, Multi-Flex solutions are extremely easy to use, while guaranteeing high product infeed rates, especially in the case of products with flexible packaging (doypack, pouch, flowpack, pillow bag etc.)
They are equipped with a one or more forming modules complete with large, easy to load, fully self-regulating case magazines. As well as their ergonomic design and standard, intuitive 15” HMI panel, they are also characterised by their high accessibility.
The Multi-Flex series may also be equipped with automatic size changeover and a wide range of accessories meaning that is highly customisable based on the client’s specifications.
