DESCRIPTION
Dedicated automatic machines for packing stackable products in wrap around, tray, tray with lid and plateau type packaging.
When coupled with the External Lidding (COP-E) modules, the machine may also be used to produce external lidded tray packs.
Multi-Flat case packers are mainly used for producing heat-sealed tubs, especially in the provisions (cooked meat and cheese products) sector, and in general for packing products in rigid primary packaging.
Multi-Flat units may be used to position the packs inside the case either horizontally or vertically, thanks to the use of Tiber Pack’s patented packaging solutions.
Special applications may be realised upon customer request. The machines include conformity checks on the products at the infeed and the packs at the outfeed.
They are equipped with a one or more large, easy to load, fully self-regulating magazine. As well as their ergonomic design and standard, intuitive 15” HMI panel, they are also characterised by their high accessibility.
Multi-Flat case packers may also be equipped with automatic size changeover and a wide range of accessories meaning that they are highly customisable based on the client’s specifications

WORK FLOW CAPTIONS
Thanks to the use of servo-motor or pneumatically operated stacking devices, Multi-Flat case packers
may be used to place the packs inside the boxes, managing the high speeds with the maximum accuracy.
The operating concept may be customised so as to adapt it better to your products and packaging needs.
